my motor has 250k+ miles , gonna replace cam and lifters have head machined, thinking about using sk20-221-3 cam set, but how do I know what valve springs to get??

How do you know what cam to get to run with the stock computer so you don't have to go get it re flashed or anything

This is the largest cam you can use without replacing the valve springs, this should work well in a fuel injected application - http://www.jegs.com/i/COMP-Cams/249/SK20-220-3/10002/-1
