I'd like to replace the 305 currently installed in an '81 GMC K1500 with a TH350. Is this engine a good candidate? Are any special parts needed for the fuel delivery system and/or fuel tank/pump mods?

    Asked by: Gary4570
Yes, this engine will work well, and you can use the stock fuel system with this kit.

If I install the engine myself, how will the warranty be affected?

    Asked by: J1950
GM will not warranty the engine if it is not installed by a certified mechanic or dealer.

I’ve got a ‘95 Silverado c1500 and want a different engine than the 200hp stock. This looks like a viable solution. What kind of issues would I run into putting it in that truck?

    Asked by: Aade0927
You will not be connected to the original ECU, but his should work in your application. You will have to connect this to your transmission depending on the model.

Do I receive the engine and then make payments?

    Asked by: Luthh
When using PayPal credit you will be approved by them and the engine will be shipped. You will then make monthly payments to PayPal.
