10511122PF - Dart Small Block Chevy Iron Eagle Platinum Series Cylinder Heads is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Issues with Head Studs I built a complete Dart Motor. SHP Block, where Dart did all the prep work, well worth the price. Every part of the block was perfect. My only issue was the trying to use head studs where the studs holes next to the intake springs interfered with the aluminum roller rockers with the ARP Studs. I tried three different rockers and all hit the top of the stud threads as the lifter pressed down on the springs. I finally spoke to the people at Scorpion Products and they gave me the answer. You have to use head bolts on those 8 positions and narrow washers. I decided that the rockers where still too close so I purchased a set of Comp Cam steel roller rockers and it fixed the problem. Don't know if anyone else has had this problem. But that is the fix. Will add a photo later.
