The Eagle Lightweight H-Beam Connecting Rods are intended to increase durability and strength while lowering the reciprocating mass in engines producing under 600 horsepower. They are manufactured from a two-piece forging of SAE 4340 steel with features including .927'' silicon bronze bushings for floating piston pins, 230,000 psi rated ARP 2000 3/8'' capscrew rod bolts and cap alignment sleeves for precise, positive cap location. The rods are weight matched to plus or minus 1 gram and the housing bore sizing is performed on a precision Sunnen Krossgrinding system for perfection!
