Specifications:
Tubular tie rod adjusting sleeves are commonly used for performance applications. They provide a 360-degree, full-thread engagement around the inner and outer tie rod threads. They are locked in position with jam nuts. When tightened, the jam nut stop the sleeve from rotating. Use an open-end wrench to turn the sleeve for adjustments.
Unlike the factory sleeves, no special tools are required to adjust them. They won't come loose when tightened correctly and they help prevent any dirt of water from collecting in the thread which can impair adjustments.
