Rated 4 out of 5 by from Clever design. A little hard to pull off and on. I just installed this on my 1972 Camaro this weekend (11/25/2017). It is a clever design and I like that it installs on my stock steering shaft. It does take some effort to squeeze it hard enough to disengage and re-engage but that’s ok, I’ll get used to it. There is no slop in the steering wheel (side to side or in and out) which is a relief. The instructions say you will loose horn and may lose turn signal cancel mechanism. I don’t mind losing the horn since I don’t have one anyway. But I want to keep the turn signal cancellation so I did a very simple modification to keep the turn signal cancel working. I also did a modification to mount my 9-bolt steering wheel to this three bolt quick release unit.
