Hughes Performance 512-HP2217 Pro Series Single Stage torque converter dump valve kits are single-stage complete kits for adding a dump valve to your GM TH400 transmission. Benefits include increased stall speed while staging against the transbrake, faster engine/converter response, and reduced loading against the engine thrust bearing. They can also be applied down-track to help manage engine load or provide assistance with engine tuning.
