Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tune Great exhaust system. I installed this in under an hour! I do recommend having an impact gun to make things go smoothly and keep things tight but is not absolutely needed. I installed this on a 2000 Camaro z28 with a turbo and the sound is phenomenal. The system doesn't hang low and the fitment was pretty much on point. Best bang for the buck, that's for sure. Great product and so easy to install! The shipping was blazing fast. The packaging did however allow for a pipe to get a little mashed up on one of the ends which required some work to make the other pipe fit in but it really wasn't that bad at all.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok for the price, not a Turbo muffler, chambered Both hangers broke clean in half, the outlet on the passenger side of the muffler doesn't appear to have any reinforcement and the tail pipe on that side wobbles back and forth. I had to weld reinforcement brackets on the tail pipes and make new hangers. It's listed as a turbo muffler, but it's a chambered muffler. I was looking for somewhat quiet and even with a bullet muffler in the I pipe it's really a bit loud at idle. Once you get up in rpm the sound is nice with minimal drone. It's about the least expensive cat back I could find and I got what I paid for...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Minor problems. Fits well, sounds OK, but the right-angle bracket on the rear passenger side keeps "drooping" over time. It must be weak metal. Originally I just kept "re-bending" it up and that would work for a while but it eventually BROKE (yes Broke at the elbow), had to have reinforcement bracketry welded in. Also, the main front pipe was a bit too short to meet tightly with my pacesetter Y pipe, there is a bit of a gap in the middle of my band clamp. Otherwise not a bad exhaust. Sound is quieter than loudmouth but much louder than stock, nice balance.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not sold as described. Sold as a cat back with no pipe from cat to the middle of the car. Pic on jegs website looks correct but told that the cat pipe part doesn’t exist it’s just in the pic. So this is a middle of car back only. Waste of time.

I am aware that this is made for an LT1, but is it possible to make it work for an LS1 Camaro?

    Asked by: LallyZ28
This also fits 1998-2002 LS1 Camaros.
