Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very compact and simple to install. I bought this to drive a large high current fan in my 240Z restomod, and it worked great for a couple of months. Unfortunately, after washing the car, it failed, and now the fan is always on. Even though the controller seems to be waterproof and covered with epoxy, it can not get wet. Kind of hard to avoid getting any water in an engine compartment. Too bad, it worked so well for my application. I'll try getting another one and see if I can fabricate some kind of protective cover for it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice small PWM fan control I've used Painless and Dakota Digital and others. This Jegs unit is the smallest and easiest to set up. The control pot is tiny, so don't get rough with it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Works But. Purchased this controller to run a Fan on my Mercedes.... Worked great, adjusted fine that is until..... I took the car to the car wash. Apparently the unit is not very water proof, now the fan comes on anytime you turn the key on no matter where you have the adjustment point set. I have not Called and requested a replacement as of yet and I will probably not.... I will look for a more robust and waterproof unit. Not worth the $$
