Will this pan fit a pinto chassis with a 351w?

I have a 94 351W roller block in witch the dipstick goes into the block. I am putting it in 1969 Cougar and I want to use the dipstick in its original spot -through the timing chain cover. Do you think this oil. pan will work for my app?
