    53056 is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cap does not seal I installed this in an application with a low-mounted radiator to aid in burping and filling the coolant system. Once the car started getting up to temp, coolant would pour out of the bypass hole on the side of this filler neck. I tried a couple different caps with the same result. Thankfully I read another review on the -16AN version of this product where a customer was having a similar issue, and didn't waste any time chasing head gasket issues on my new engine. Pulled off the filler neck and tested it with compressed air-- sure enough. Leaks like crazy. You can actually see the gap under the diaphragm in the cap through the bypass hole. I purchased a billet version of this for 3X the cost and it worked immediately. This is a good concept and a fair price, but JEGS needs to correct the casting flaws in these or they are essentially useless.
