Mild Steel Tubing
Combine safety and convenience with this swing out door bar kit from JEGS. Once installed, the door bar can be pivoted open by removing a clevis pin. The tab design eliminates the tube mount's need for a short length of tubing coming from the cage. Designed for 1 3/4 in. OD mild steel tubing. Be sure to align the swing out ends for smooth movement before welding.
- NHRA accepted if the location of the hinge bolt and release pin are within 8 in. of the vertical portion of the A-pillar and main hoop respectively

JEGS swing out door bar kits offer the benefit of a full roll cage while still retaining standard access. These kits keep your doors functional. Pull the clevis pin and swing the bar away for easy ingress and egress. Available in 1 5/8 in. OD and 1 3/4 in. OD sizes for the following materials, mild steel, DOM, and Chromoly.
These kits consists of two male and two female swingout ends, two clevis pins, and a nut and bolt; enough to complete one door bar.
