Innovative design makes for an easy installation. Unbolt your factory pump and bolt on an easy 11-14 horsepower with this street style water pump. These pumps share the feature of 55 gallons per minute flow. The WP312 water pump has a free wheeling idler pulley making this pump fully street ready and 5.0L enthusiast a dream come true. An idler is incorporated onto the WP312 pump so your belt routing remains in its stock configuration. The WP311 has all the same features without the pulley making it perfect for racing applications. Features driver & passenger side inlet ports. Heater & bypass fittings included. 1-3/4'' NPT inlet fitting included.
Note: Will not fit "short water pump" timing covers; 1992 & up T-Bird, Cougar, Explorer, All '94 & '95 Mustangs, and early Lightning F-150s.

Additional Notes: The standard 35GPM pump is suitable for normally aspirated engines up to 650HP. Supercharged, turbocharged and high compression, high horsepower applications should use the 55GPM High Flow pump only. This model does not accept heater or bypass hoses as a standard.
