Rated 5 out of 5 by from No more neck fatigue! I'm 69 years old and race sprint go-karts at two local tracks with several high speed left and right hand turns. I installed the Simpson helmet restraint straps on each side of my helmet and have completely relieved the neck strain that I use to suffer. Easy to install, easy to adjust and no more floppy head at the end of the day.
