The Header Manifold Blanket provides excellent heat-retention for exhaust headers and manifolds to hold heat in to promote scavenging and keep engine compartment temperatures lower to promote horsepower production. The blanket can withstand direct contact to 750 degrees Fahrenheit and radiant heat up to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit.
The flexible heat blanket simply clips into place on the upper portion of the header. The fabric side of the material should be facing the heat source, and the aluminized side facing away. Offering your headers protection from abrasion and harmful liquid spills. The Header Manifold Blanket is available in two sizes 20" X 24" to fit most V6/V8, or 36" X 40" to fit 4 and inline 6-cyliner applications. Made in the U.S.A.!
