This Vibrant Performance 17065 Thermostatic Oil Cooler Sandwich Adapter begins to flow oil through a cooling loop (cooler) at 160 degrees Fahrenheit and fully opens at 180 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent the oil from overheating and causing permanent engine damage. It has two 1/8 in. NPT ports for pressure, temperature, or any additional oil requirement. The kit also includes two 1/8 in. NPT port plugs and five oil filter adapter bolts.
