Walker Products Knock Sensors (KS) are precision manufactured from premium components in an ISO 9001-2008/TS16949 certified facility. The knock sensor detects vibrations in the engine caused by poor quality/low octane fuel, increased cylinder pressure/heat or over advanced ignition timing. The knock sensor alerts the onboard computer of the vibration and the computer uses this data to retard ignition timing.
