Advance Adapters 50-3801 Features:
- The Ford NP435 4 speed manual adapter to the Jeep Dana 300 is 4.25 in.� in length. Adapter material is a strong 356-T6 heat treated aluminum alloy and the adapter has a provision for a transmission mount. The adapter kit includes a adapter housing, new NP435 output shaft, gaskets, seal, fastening hardware and adapter instructions.
- Note: The adapter housing has been drilled to accept both 2wd & 4wd NP435 transmission cases.
- Transfer case
- The adapter assembly will fit the Jeep Dana 300. This transfer case was used in the 1980-'86 CJ-7 series. All 300s use a 23 spline female input shaft. Some of the adapters we manufacture include a new Dana 300 input with a different input spline. Therefore, if you obtain a Dana 300 from a salvage yard, please verify the input spline.
- The kit is designed to fit Jeep New Process 231, 242, 247, 249, and 2410 Rock-Trac transfer cases.
- Transmission
- The kit is designed for exclusive use with the Ford NP435 2wd & 4wd 4 speed manual transmissions. The NP435 cast iron case length is 10.875 in.� and has a aluminum top cover. It was used in Ford trucks from 1964-85.
