Advance Adapters 50-6102 Features:
- The Ford NP435 4 speed adapter to the Jeep Dana 18/20 transfer case is 3.325 in.� in length. The adapter material is 356 T-6 heat treated aluminum alloy and has a provision for our heavy duty transmission mount. Our adapter kit will include a adapter housing, new NP435 output shaft, gaskets, fastening hardware and adapter instructions.
- Note: Adapter housing to NP435 bolt pattern is dual drilled to fit both 2wd & 4wd transmission cases.
- Transfer Case
- This adapter assembly will fit any Dana Spicer 18 / 20, Scout version with a 6 tooth female drive gear. The transfer case index to the new adapter will require an index retainer & sealed bearing. Please I.D. the transfer case bore size (3-1/8 in.�) small hole or (4 in.�) large hole for proper retainer. - Transmission
- The kit is designed for exclusive use with the Ford NP435. The Ford version NP435 was used from 1964 until 1985, and was used in 4wd & 2wd trucks. This 4 speed has a cast iron case and aluminum top cover. The case length is 10.187 in.�. 2nd through 4th gears are synchronized with 1st and reverse gears non- synchronized.
