B15405L03068 - Eagle SBC 1pc Seal Balanced Street and Strip Rotating Assemblies is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good parts but not very clear description I bought the kit because it stated it was balanced, it is but not as precise as I expected I would recommend a good machine shop balance the kit for you before you install. The piston weights were not matched and the crank was off a few grams on both ends. Also the rods are made so that they do not require being ground to clear the cam shaft but the block does need clearance. It just wasn’t a buy and install kit I suppose there aren’t truly any of those if you want a precise quality build.

Why is this assembly marked with forged pistons in the upper description, and Hypereutectic in the 2nd half of the description? I want a set of forged 4032 pistons in my kit. Is this an oversite or do you have another Kit # for me to look at? Thanks, Ray

    Asked by: onequickray
The Eagle 356-B15405L03068 rotating assembly contains hypereutectic pistons.
