i need a good cam for a 406 64 cc heads flat top pistons with two brows 390 gears an a stall converter but i want a racy rough fast idle please help

Looking at the lift range the stock springs can't possibly be up to the task of amount of lift being generated. So which valve guide pocket machining tool and springs do you recommend?
