JEGS 555-30082 Long Tube Headers Notes:
- Customers must modify stock exhaust to retain catalytic converter(s)
- Applications with oxygen sensors will require the purchase of reducers with O2 fittings
- These headers will not fit with A.I.R. pump, a high torque starter, or a power take-off
- They will work with vehicles that are equipped with A/C
Special Exhaust Headers Notes:
- Due to variations in engine and vehicle configurations, installation of aftermarket headers may require minor modifications
- Common adjustments include power-steering or A/C bracket relocation, dipstick tube modification, or clearance for steering shaft and clutch linkage
- Inspect for worn or collapsed motor mounts, and verify clearance for spark plugs, wires, brake lines, and transmission or fuel lines
- Always test-fit headers before painting or coating to ensure proper alignment and clearance
- Re-torque after initial heat cycles

Fantastic headers
These fit fantastic on my manual 318 w250 they cleared the stock 89 starter an oil filter only thing to keep in mind with fuel injected trucks is these trucks don’t like not having an 02 sensor so you gotta extend the wires for that an get the flange with 02 bungs also the header flange gasket was alittle off for the newer 318 but would be fine for a older one overall I’m very happy an they sound great

Worth the money!
Beautiful install, very solid and well built for the price. Gaskets could be a little thicker and the bolts they came with are a little tricky to line up on some of the holes but that didn’t stop me from using them. Look good, fit very well. Would gladly recommend and buy again. Only downside was they didn’t come with Jegs stickers.

Good quality
Nice quality long tubes, make sure to get new starter if installing on dodge truck. Won’t clear the factory starter. Happy with the purchase minus the fact mine showed up with no exhaust manifold gaskets or header bolts.
