JEGS 60763 pre-lubed Power Steering Box for select 1968-1976 GM K-Series trucks is a direct replacement upgrade that will require a (9-spline) pitman arm for your application. This variable ratio steering box assists in cornering and highway driving, allowing for a quicker steering ratio with more steering angle input and a slower steering ratio for straight-line driving; for a more gentle drive.
