Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great kit poor Quality control from MSD I purchased this kit July 13th and received it about a week later. Very comprehensive parts list with 6AN hose, fittings, regulator and clamps. I used all items to install the Atomic 2 on my 1979 Bronco and the only real extra part I purchased was a mechanical fuel pump block off plate and some electrical connectors. That’s where my positivity for the Atomic 2 ends. The Q.C. On this MSD, aka Holley, product is terrible. Secondary throttle shafts would not close because linkage was binding and spring pin was hitting the linkage as well. That was the easy fixes. My Bronco still was idling high and running very poorly and very rich. On my third call to technical support they sent me an IAC valve as it was thought to be the problem. It was not. The wiring to the IAC was poorly crimped at the factory and I discovered it when removing the IAC to replace it. See photos. After 3 strikes I’m done with this unit and requested a replacement as this Atomic 2 was build on a Monday. Problem is I’m now stuck in the Middle. Holley says it Jegs problem, Jegs says it’s Holleys problem. Thanks for the 4000$ CAD paperweight and stranded Bronco.
