Are there any horsepower numbers for a 1981 305 (5.0)? Stock HP is around 160. Trying to determine if a performance package will get me where I want to be (375-400HP) or if I need to look at an engine swap.

    Asked by: BrianG
These top end kits will normally increase power 30-35% so in your case it would be 220 hp or so.
