    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple pulley swap! I purchased the pulley For my Colorado I recently did the ls swap 5.3 removed the electric fan and radiator with the proper pulley removal tool replace the OEM harmonic balancer with the aftermarket JEGS 51614 with in 30 min! No issues!

    Does this work for the 4th gen 5.3 ls engine

    This will take a standard serpentine belt. You will need to measure the length you need to get the proper one.

    Can this be installed on a stock crankshaft without a keyway/woodruff key?

    No, you will have to install a woodruff key to use the harmonic balancer.

    how far does this sit off the front cover? I'm using an aftermarket cover with turbo drains on each side, and this needs to clear them, stock ls1 balancer does not fit.

    This will be approximately 1/2" further out than the stock balancer.
