Rated 2 out of 5 by from The internal diameter of the balancer was to small! Installed this on a brand new eagle 4340 crank and the balancer would not pull up on the crank using a balancer installer! Had to take my porting kit and open up the diameter of the balancer? Not crazy about the idea? But didn't want to wait a week to get another balancer? Usally have good luck with jegs branded parts?

No, these are not made to move independently on each other.
