1-147-014 - Speedmaster OEM Intake Manifolds is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from NOT POLISHED It's a nice intake but it's definitely NOT what I would call a polished aluminum finish, it's at best satin and it hasn't been sanded at all. It's more like a polished beaded finish. Jegs ahouldnt let them advertise it as "polished".

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Manufacture defect junk I bought this from Jegs, and being on social security it took awhile to gather all the parts to complete all the parts I needed to complete my build on a sbc. I installed everything and was ready to start the engine for the first time this past weekend, I fired up this weekend and had to break in a brand new cam also so I was running at about 2000 RPM as soon as I let up on the throttle the motor quit, I double checked everything timing valve adjustment, and to find out I had a terrible vacuum leak in the intake all the way around. I pulled the intake off to find the intake ports do not match the ports on the cylinder heads almost an 8th inch difference. Because it was longer than six months JBugs would not except a return even though it was a manufactured defect they would not help me. Now how’s that for customer service. I hope this helps someone when they purchase this item. But me on SS it took a long time to gather parts. Jegs still would not help me, this is a manufacture issue and they still would not help me. Now I am out $300 and might take another couple of months before I can run this motor again. I’m sure there are other places to buy intakes and I will pursue them after doing business with Jegs for over 20 years, please inspect your parts try them if you can because their customer service is not very good. I know it has been longer than six months but that was my issue. If it was my problem I could understand and eat the $300 but this is a manufacture issue not mine. Thank you Jegs.
