    What all would I have to purchase to install in a 72 c10 w/350 in it now. All stock now?

    The engine will need a water pump, flexplate, balancer, alternator, starter and a few other things off your old engine or replacement parts

    This would require many modifications to work with the stock ECM. This engine comes with a stand alone ECU.
