    91944 is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dodge 4.7 headers I purchased these headers recently and it was definitely quite an experience installing them. The drivers side header installation went fairly smoothly. The passenger side was the issue. Three of the top holes on the flange mounting the header to the cylinder head were 1/4 inch away from the holes on the head. I had to bore and bevel the holes to make them oval in order to get the bolts through to mount the header. They weren't even close. Being an automotive technician myself I've dealt with numerous exhaust headers and manifolds. I've seen worse but that passenger side was ridiculous. Haven't noticed any difference in sound nor Power increase. Wouldn't recommend these that's for sure

you say these headers are high temp painted. will I have to repaint before installation . will your high temp paint last and if so how long

    Asked by: drdan1027
Thes have a standard high temp paint on them so it wouldn't make any difference if you wanted to repaint them.
