Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great header I've been running these for 8 months now and have no issues with them. Thick flange and nice welds on the tubes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Headers I just received these headers and I am quite impressed with the quality. In the past I have had to use a die grinder to smooth the weld beads inside the ports and where the tubes gather in the collector but these look good to go. The flanges are thick and straight and they look like they have been painted with actual high temp paint,we'll see! I like the laminated steel gaskets but they do have some thin spots that look like possible blow out areas,a set of Fel-Pro exhaust manifold gaskets will cure that. The header bolts are a little on the short side for flanges that are that thick, again not a big deal. The adapters fit well! I will have to weld O2 bungs into the collectors or adapters so keep that in mind when buying these and buy adapters with the bungs if your running EFI. I haven't installed them yet so it remains to be seen if there are any interference issues. These are going on a '91 Chevy 1/2 ton 2WD

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Se nd These headers are well-built heavy duty and have a real thick mounting flange. I wish they would’ve fit my application but they didn’t. I have a 59 Ford with a small block Chevy engine in a dodge Dakota front end. The interference was between the steering column and the header pipe I really wished I could’ve installed them but I didn’t feel like changing my steering column.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Headers I bought these for my grandson and he said they was exactly what he needed & wanted no problems with the part the person I spoke with was very helpful we received them a day earlier than we was told we will use this company again I will recommend to others

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Headers for money (1994 K2500 P/U 5.7L) I really like the flange thickness on these headers compared to other ones available. The flange was 3/8" thick. BE CAUTIOUS! BOLTS ARE ONLY 3/4" thread, which with flange thickness and gasket leaves not enough threads. Must buy 1" bolts for holes that will accept them. I had to remove passenger side header because one hole needed ovaled. There was a dent in tube but wasn't lined up to get bolt in hole. Overall fit on my 1994 K2500 Silverado w/ 5.7L V8 is it fits great! Make sure to do spark plugs at same time as headers, they are definitely in the way. Comes down nice on each side with plenty of clearance. Would have to take past tranny to do 2 into 1 piping. Going with duals. Issue being, the first set I received were damaged by FedEx. Jegs shipped me out a set to exchange fast! Additionally, getting ahold of JEGS for missing products or damaged replacement is a nightmare. Must allow 1-2hrs on hold to get someone. However once you do they're great!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good power increase, issue with fitment. Bought these to put in my 94 k1500 (Vortec 350 swapped), and they slid in with ease without the removal of anything else besides the stock manifolds. Granted me a pretty good increase in my low end torque and has sounded nasty open headers while I've waited for mufflers. My only gripe was that one of the header bolts didn't fit into the bolt hole, as the radius was to tight on the primary tube and blocked it from entering, but I was able to resolve it minor massaging.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from JEGS 30066 Headers Haven't installed yet but not very impressed. Headers are rusty and somewhat banged up already with the temporary paint already worn through and bare metal/rust in numerous areas.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Missing Parts The headers do seem nice and for the price they're good but they were also supposed to come with all the hardware and literally came with nothing besides the headers. I paid for everything and only got the headers. >:(
