Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage. Read fine print. Warranty worthless Ran great for a month. Car shook hard and won't shift in automatic anymore. Starts out in third. Contacted Jegs and I was 63rd in the call line. After 2 hours they told me that they don't honor TCI warranty and I have to call TCI edelbrock. Read the warranty it says that you have to use tci's torque converter and you have to purchase their trans cooler and you have to purchase their transmission fluid.... after speaking to their warranty specialist at TCI edelbrock they said that they would cover it under warranty but it was going to cost me almost $400 to ship it there and ship it back. If they fail at fixing their brand new transmission it will cost me more shipping. At this point I might as well take it to a shop or fix it myself. I will never buy anything from Jegs again and edelbrock's name is stained. Garbage. The lady at Jegs that finally answer the phone was very nice. She was on the phone past her shift because she didn't want to disappoint all the people that were left on the phone waiting. And yes I followed the instructions on installation. I used a brand new torque converter even though I just bought one, I am an industrial engineer. I have verified 12 to 15 inches of mercury on the vacuum modulator and I installed the throttle response kick down detent cable and even verified that it still operated properly after I change the filter and fluid for the break in period. By the way, it does not include any seals for the speedometer gear. You have to reuse your old housing and I had to buy a seal kit separately.
