    Do you need to replace the lifters on the 2007 LS 2 6.0 to install the GM LS Hot Cam , to prevent valve float . Max RPM 6500 .

    This is the GM LS engine "Hot Cam" that is only offered as an aftermarket option. The LS6 camshaft used in the Z/06 Corvette is part number 809-12565308
