    Hello, just want to make sure that this tachometer will hook up to the gray wire on the new msd boxes 6al. I read the directions and this looks like the correct wiring and there is no need for any adapter piece. Thanks Eddie Beyl

    Hello, This should work as you have described with the green wire from the tach connected to the grey signal wire.
