Will this fuel pump kit work as a stand alone system to replace the original mechanical fuel pump on a 1988 OMC Cobra 3.0 L? Do they make a plate of some sort to cover the mechanical pump mounting hole. Should i just remove the lever that contacts the cam

    Asked by: cgantt0517
This pump is not marine certified, but will work in most carburetor applications. We do not have a cover for your fuel pump opening.
