Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hedman Header 300 Ford Inline Nice piece. Description says 2WD. I took a chance and bought it for my 4WD. It fits just fine. My 4WD is an 82 F150, 300 Inline, 4 speed manual. There is NO reason why this cannot work on a 4WD exactly like mine. Maybe some of the F250/F350 engine cross members are bigger and won't fit this, I am unsure. The only trick to installing this is to sit the header on the frame, install starter and top bolt, then install two bolts on the header, then finish the 2nd starter bolt. You cannot get the starter installed after installing the header.
