Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Nice Well like everyone else has said you do have to drop the starter out to get them in. Drivers side went in with no problems at all. I had the heads removed and thought I could squeeze them in on the passenger side but the starter was having nothing of it. I would recommend to anyone doing this to remove the inner and outer fenders if that is an option as well. Pulled the 3 bolts and they twisted right in. My only other problem was 2 days later my starter dies and I have to unbolt everything to get it out.....and the new one on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect fit for my 1977 Ford F-100 Fit perfectly, installation instructions were right on the money. Came with gaskets, bolts and adapters to fit exhaust. everything you need to install the headers. Tech support a Jegs is AWESOME very knowledgeable staff they know the product that they are selling inside and out. I look at Summit racing as well before ordering from Jegs, I am soooooooooo glad I called Jegs that are so much more helpful and courteous than Summit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fitment is less than stellar. 1973 F-250 Ranger, on the driver side I had to remove the brake master and booster and then jack the engine up to get the header to fit in between the power steering gearbox and engine mount. That wasn't a big deal, however now the clutch doesn't go all the way in because the fork hits the 3-bolt flange, no matter how you twist the flange to sit. Pass side went easy, just like all the other comments I had to pull the starter and drop it in with the header. The 3-bolt flange on the pass side doesn't fit well either, both hit thesub-frame. I had planned on using Flowtech glass packs with these but they won't fit either. Mine did not come with manifold-to-block gaskets either, which it seems some commenters seem to have gotten. Coating is for shipping only, be prepare to buy some VHT to paint the headers once the coating they ship with burns off.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not fit Do not buy this if you have a 1973 Ford F250 Camper Special. This will not fit as it will hit the frame or it won't go past the starter. The website said it will not fit a 66-72 Camper Special, well mine is a 73. Any difference?
